Library of the Faculty of Biology

The library of the Faculty of Biology was formed in 2000 after libraries of 4 Institutes were merged – Institute of Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology and Botany. The collection includes 70 000 volumes, including approximately 50 000 of books and 20 000 newspapers. The library cooperates with other libraries of the University of Warsaw. It has access to an electronic library, mutual for UW libraries.
